In all cases of return except, for damaged products, the buyer will have to bear the return shipping cost. In cases, where the order delivered is in damaged condition or the contents are missing, customer must inform within 24 hrs of delivery of the order .If the customer is unable to do so, then there shall be no liability of Desiweaves.in to replace the order.

We mention the estimated dispatch time for each product on the product page separately as the dispatch time may vary from for each product depending on the artisan, stock availability, etc.
Also, since the dispatch time varies for each product, products from the same order may be dispatched separately. The process of creating the intricate weaves, detailed embroidery and other hand-work is quite time consuming as far as handloom products are concerned. Generally a single piece is created at a given time. Shipping of such a product may take a little longer then usual time.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you like wrong name or incomplete shipping address, any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed from the user.
